Meet Dr. Brittney Lesher, ND

Naturopathic Physician

Greetings!  My name is Dr. Brittney Lesher and I'm looking forward to working with you on your health and wellness at Alpine Integrated Medicine.

I grew up on the small island of Oahu, Hawaii and battled with severe asthma, anxiety, and allergies all throughout my childhood.  I spent a lot of time worrying about my health and depended on various medications at a very young age.

As I got older, I learned about all of the other ways that people took care of their health and became fascinated with complementary medicine, so much so that I decided to shadow an ND practicing in Honolulu in hopes of learning more about alternative forms of healthcare.  I saw how much time and care went into each patient’s visit and how each treatment plan was customized to the patient’s unique needs: blending the best of both conventional and traditional therapies.  From that day on, I was hooked and decided to become a Naturopathic Doctor.

I left Hawaii to follow my dreams and went on to receive my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington, where I was trained in primary care medicine.

During my program, I received extra specialized medical training in IV therapy, oncology support, rheumatology, and various women’s health conditions.  I am also very passionate about physical medicine or what I like to call “hands on medicine” and worked as a licensed massage therapist throughout medical school, developing my ability to help with managing pain naturally.

My main goal as a doctor is to provide a supportive and interactive environment that promotes an active engagement with your healthcare.  We all know that what fosters true health are the day-to-day decisions that each of us make and I want to help you make the most well-informed decisions that work for YOU and your unique needs.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my favorite people, exploring more of Washington and my new neighborhood, and keeping busy with various hobbies.

I am very excited to be the resident physician at AIM and am so looking forward to meeting you all in the near future!
